Isn't LA Confidential a great film - just been watching it with a friend and it is great. Snappy dialogue and a good story line all the way through. Love all the characters in the film: Crowe, Pierce and Spacey to name three.

Been watching and reading the news and the war in Iraq is front page but I am starting to detect a bit of back peddling here by the military. Looks like the Iraqis are fighting back and why did anybody think otherwise? It is their country after all and many feel more strongly about someone invading their country than in having to deal with a despotic leader.
