Still raining!! Finished most of my shopping now and will be bringing back bags of Hershey's kisses. Went out to a bar last night and met up with my girlfriend's triathlon team and their friends and partners. It was all fun but the beer was still too expensive. We lurched out of the place and went hunting for pasta. Once we were finished we were still hungry and then went to a pizza bar next door to eat once more.

Really wanted to sit outside in Central Park and enjoy the time you know? But that is unlikely in the downpour right now. I was drenched just walking round the block to pick up milk. I do like NYC but it does drain you financially - if I was living here I would need a big kitchen where I can cook my own food. The tempatation to go out and buy out is there and well, that can turn out to be quite expensive.

I went out on an anniversary date with gf to a mexican restaurant - the food was excellent (and lots of it too!) but it came at a price too. Oh well, what am I to do if not to spend? Finished off my CD buying spree and now I am leaving with $300 of CDs. Not a bad haul I should say. Last full day today in NYC and I am still indoors. What else shall I do?
