My knees are killing me. Had another intense game of six-a-side and we were truly trounced. I landed badly after slipping on the floor and smashed my knee on the wooden floor. It has now swollen to 1.5 normal size and I hope it stops soon. Our company team has lost six games in a row and morale is starting to slip a bit. Once the first couple of goals go in then we flag as we know we have trouble scoring goals. I didn't play too well in the game and should have done more. There is always next week.

At least we had nice weather today and another short week; thank God for these easter and may bank holidays!
