Am very sore. Me and some work colleagues in an effort to find some fun; hired these two two-man peddle cars. They had a steering wheel, brakes and comfy seats and we raced each other in them. It also had a little bell on it and I was using this repeatable to warn tourists on foot of our approach. We were clearly a menace. Anyway, we sped into an empty car park and decided it was a good idea to race the damn things: me and my mate started off slower than the other peddle bike but spotted an opening and decided to perform a dangerous and yes, impossible tight turn. The peddle simply wasn't designed to be raced let along raced at speed with tight cornering thrown in so we tipped. I was on the outside and had the bike and my friend fall on me. My leg got trapped under the bike as well as falling onto the concrete. Thought I twisted my leg at the very least. We did bend the bike peddle and part of the frame as well. Lucky for me nothing was broken though we were cut and bruised. The other peddle car won, after the occupants stopped laughing....

Conference is going well and the food is going down well too. Last night I went up the tall Hyatt hotel bar and had a lovely whiskey on had the view from the 41st floor. Very nice.

I have the run tomorrow so I better turn in early.......damn, my knee is hurting now.
