I was appointed field director for our training mission this saturday - got to direct the entire mapping response and this was a challenge though I think I did well with keeping things to schedule. The first day is always chaotic and I hope I the charity made a good impression on the 8+ new volunteers we had.

Just went to see a house that is for sale and I love it. Just outside my budge by 10K though so I might have to stretch myself a bit to cover it. Fingers crossed that my next review I will get between 3-8% pay rise. That would be nice.
