Went to see my brother's new pad and I love it. Top floor above a converted pub. Big ass kitchen and open plan kitchen / living room. Big bedroom and a huge bathroom. All newly kitted out too. Mum loves it too. We had our first family meal there: chicken burgers from the local kebab shop.

Helped my brother shift a load of things and as a gift to welcome him to his new house, I got a nice spineless yucca plant. I hope it grows!

Very pleased with him and his purchase. It is a good investment I am sure. Now I hope mine goes through ok.
