The first week back was a blur - what appeared to be a thousand emails and a voicemail box stuffed to capacity. It was also my birthday and I made a complete fool of myself on the friday night. I vaguely remembering being sick in a friend's toilet - much to my shame!

The weekend was a long one thanks to the bank holiday, I visited my bro' and mum and we, once again, ate too much. I also spent way too much. Now back to work, to football and life. Speaking of which - shock horror, Newcastle sacked Sir Bobby Robson! Very disappointed with that decision but things were becoming increasingly strained in the locker-room and the board-room. Still, this is something that will cause some strain in the terraces.
