Feeling a bit battered from three days of football - one of the games we were challenged by a team who probably thought we would be easy meat. The game went sweetly for us and we whooped them 13-2. A sound thrashing and I think I played quite well thank you very much.

Also today is the first day of Autumn, my favourite season. I am looking forward to crisp golden days where the air has a bite to it. Love it.

Decided to take up Spanish language lessons - should be fun only two hours a week and with my distance learning course now running, means that I will be a busy bee up until christmas.

Watched Aliens v Predator and was very disappointed with it. Some cool bits but not even worth a pirate let alone the full admission fee into a cinema. I know Star Wars has finally made it to DVD and yes, I think I will make a move for it. Definite purchase for me also is Lord of The Rings: RoTK - the full extended DVD. That is going to be so cool.....can't wait.
