Another weekend and more football to enjoy. Last night's results against Switzerland was a good result but England didn't really dominate and we have Croatia next and they gave France a fright until Les Bleus managed a late equaliser. Tough nut to crack but England will need at the minimum a 0-0 result to progress through though a win would be nice!

Cooler today and my hay fever has been ok, still a runny nose though. I have a 5KM fun run coming up next week, a 10KM run four days later and another 10KM run a week later.
I feel fit enough for it and to be honest, training is hard and boring - best to get a few runs under your belt and you can then go and enjoy yourself.

Need to get a report out by 15:00 so later.
